السلام عليكم
الامتحان كالعادة كان عادي والدكتور مناف ما كان موجود ..فصار اقل من العادي
محطة الهيستوري كنا كلنا متفقين على depression
ومحطة المينتال...طلبوا مني افحص ال mood
فلازم تسال فيه المريض عن 5 شغلات تقريبا
كيف مزاجك ..كيف تركيزك ...نشاطك وهمتك...ونظرتك للحياة ولنفسك ..واذا كان متزوج تسألوا عن sexual خصوصا عند د.رضوان
وبتقدر تزيد على اسألة ال depression كلها ..مع انه ما الها داعي بس بتعطيك فكرة عن المزاج عند الشخص

بالنسبة للامتحان الكتابي فكان من 10 اسئله

1- drug not causing extrapyramidal
fluoxitine

2- can be seen in mania
hypersexuality

3- all are considered types of anexiaty disorders except
loss of vision in 18 y\o female when going to th exam
((coz this is a somatization -conversion- not only anexiaty))

4- all are types of phobia except
severe stress in life threatining conditions
((coz this is a fear by normal stimulus & phobia needs a not really stimulus))

5-correct stat.
drug used in ocd is clomipramine

6- not a criteria in dysthymic disorder
severe guilt is a prominant feature

7-wrong about obsessional thoughts
the pt claims that his thought is gaining from outside

8- all are abnormal cognition except
ability to remember a past event ....

9-
all are types of delusions except
a-thought echo
b- thought braodcasting
c- voices talking to the pt
d- feeling of insects under the skin

عالاغلب السؤال هاد غلط لانه الخيارات اغلبها انواع hallucination

10-
all must be differntiated from schizophrenia except
a- amphetamine toxicity
b- cushing
c- benzodiazepines dependence
d-delusional disorder
i think he answer is c
