الإمتحان جدا سهل وسريع وحلو
المكان هو في قسم طب المجتمع في الكلية بمكتبي الدكتورة فريهان والدكتورة ندى
امتحاني بدأ مع الدكتورة فريهان
سألتني من الأوراق لكنا نكتب عليها الحالات لنشوفها أثناء الدوام
فسألت عن حالة ست كبيرة بالسن عمرها 72 سنة معها ضغط
شو بتعمل

بعدين بلشت تسأل عن أي اشي من الكلام لكنت أجاوبه
مثل شو رأيك بهاي الست ممكن تحتاج
psychotherapy & why she need that?
in this age for what we have to look?
the answer was to do to her some lab investigations & detailed hx
like blood sugar level to check for diabetes & other things like CA
and some questions concerning the case, I can't remember it bcz they are so many but easy
that's all with dr. Farehan
with Dr. Nada
she asked a case of 30 year old male pt complaining of abdominal pain and bloody diarrhea, what's your DDx from the most common to the least common? and what you ask him concerning the diarrhea in hx?
( for the case also she needs you to ask questions also specific to the case to know it's inflammatory bowel disease
crohn's or ulcerative colitis)

and at the end she asked me about types of questions we ask in hx
which's the leading & opened questions and there's other type but I don't know it
