the exam was 5 stations with one rest station , 5 min each
the osce was unexpectedly easy, with pretty much familiar staions


1- you r the attending dr in ER and u were called for a 20's ptn how is suspected to have ectopic pregnancy, what questions would u ask before coming to the ER and what appropriate Hx and P/E is needed ?

2- compined oral contraceptive pills , side effects, contraindications , etc

3- PET , explain to the ptn why r u going to admit her considereing the possibility of termination of the pregnancy

4- a ptn with 2ry amenorrhea , take a detailed Hx

5- a med-wife called u because she suspected fetal distress, why did she suspected fetal distress? how can u confirm the Dx? what is the managment ?
