station 1: a12 year old male patient with Hx of recurrent loss of consciousness (and another symptom I don`t remember), examine for meningeal irritation then answer the following questions(what are the investigations you have to do and what do you see in the picture) the picture shows a purpuric skin rash called menigococcemia
station 2: a 3 year old male patient with 2 days Hx of vomitting and 1 day Hx of diarrhea , take focoused Hx from the father and answer the following question ( what is diagnosis and what are the investigation you have to do - given the chance to ask for only 2 investigations)
station 3: a child ( also I don`t remember the age , but he is about 8 years old ) with Hx of chest pain , shortness of brreath and palpitation , examine general cardiovascular system with only inspection and palpation , and what is the only test you will do given that he has normal S1and S2
