الامتحان كالعادة 3 محطات
1st station
a 13 year old child diagnosed wit dilated cardiomyopathy, and now he became for follow up
examine full cardiac exam for this child
(during examination don't forget to examine liver and signs of heart failure in addition to the general look)

2nd station
a 9 month old child presented to ER with with fever, vomiting and seizure attack
take focused hx from the mother & answer the examiner's questions
(examiner's question was about the most 3 DDx I suspect & the invesigations that I have to do in addition to the most likely diagnosis depending on the results he will give it to me, which's febrile seizures, and what's the primary cause of this febrile seizure depending on the results, whic's UTI)

examine this child for signs of dehydration
only signs not hx and answer few easy questions from the examiner

خاصة أن فحص النمو كنت متوقع انه ماييجي لأنه أجى للقبلنا وما أجى للقبل لقبلنا
فبتوقع تيجي للقروب لبعدنا
وبالتالي المواضيع لكثير مهمة ومتوقعة بس ما أجت إلنا ممكن تيجي للي بعدنا
والاسئلة زي ما حكت الدكتورة منتهى إنها انحطت من اول السنة
لكن ما تم توزيعها
لذلك أي مواضيع بركزوا عليها في الراوندات معنا أو مع المجموعات لقبلنا يعني إنها بالليستة تبعت الأسئلة تبعتهم
لذلك للإمتحان مش لازم تدرسوا كل دوسية الاسكي لأن فيها مواضيع كثير مش مهمة على الأقل في هالسنة
