2 stations:

1- Slit lamp examination : bilateral nuclear cataract.
Question: wt r the causes of bilateral cataract in a patient at this age (the patient looked old)? Answer: I said senile cataract, diabetes (bas ma 3ajabo diabetes kteer), i said metabolic diseases so he asked me metabolic diseases when do they present? At this age? I said no…. at 30s... He said give me more causes at this age: …..i dunno maybe the answer was atopic dermatitis, senile caratact and steroid therapy?? Hereditary??
There was also a brownish small area on the sclera of the right eye. The dr said: wt do u think this could be? I said maybe bleeding? He said bleeding is red, this is brown. And then he asked me could it be pterygium? I said no cause ptergium bitkoon jay 3al cornea. He said right. And then I said it is nevus o tel3at fi3lan nevus.


2- Fundoscopy: diabetic retinopathy. The dr asked wt did u see: exudates, neovascu…… and then he asks u to tell him the classification of the stages of diabetic retinopathy
